Mildred Jean Rhoads Huckabee, 89, of South Pittsburg, TN died Monday, April 13, 2015 in a Chattanooga hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reedie & Maggie E. Massengale Rhoads; husband, Houston JP Huckabee; son, Michael Huckabee; and son-in-law, Kenneth Eugene Brown.

She is survived by her daughter, Melody Brown; granddaughters, Tara (Aaron) Chambers, Kristen (Brett) King and Shana (Marcus) Horton; great-granddaughters, Serenity Chambers, Liliana Chambers, Madilyn King and Lacy Horton; great-grandsons, Liam Horton and Nolan King.

Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at 11am Central time on Thursday, April 16, 2015 with Rev. Sam Whited officiating. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, April 15th from 5-8pm Central time at the funeral home.
