Mrs. Myra Nell Boyd Stewart, 95, of Jasper, TN, died Saturday, October 10, 2015, in a Chattanooga hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben F. and Ethel Hoge Boyd; husband, T.C. Stewart and sister, Mary Tom Walker.

She was a native of Marion County, a graduate of Marion County High School, had worked as a secretary for the Agricultural Extension Service for 48 years, and had volunteered at the Jasper Public Library for many years. She was a member of the Jasper Church of Christ.

Mrs. Stewart is survived by several cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, with Bruce Leonard officiating.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Jasper Church of Christ, 117 Graham Road, Jasper, TN 37347 or a favorite charity.
