Pamela Anne Ferris died Thursday, December 3, 2009. Born January 14, 1931 in Athens, TN, she was preceded in death by her parents, Martha Childress Ferris and George Marvin Ferris. She is survived by her sister, Mary Jane Ferris Kelly and husband Paul DeWitt Kelly, Jr., nieces Ferris Kelly Robinson and husband Dan Robinson, Elizabeth Kelly Kelley and husband Scott Kelley, nephew Paul DeWitt Kelly, III and partner Barry Gurin as well as great-nephews Jake Kelley, Alex Nation, Newell Kelley, Robby Robinson, and Mikey Robinson, and great-niece Janie Kelley.

Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside at 2PM EST, Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Athens, TN with Rev. Stephen Eichler officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to all those who cared for Pam during her 37 years as a resident of St. Barnabas nursing home.
