Paul Norris Hutcherson, Jr., 66, of South Pittsburg, TN died Monday, August 2, 2010 in a Chattanooga hospital following an extended illness.
He was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam conflict and a member of the Kimball Tabernacle of Praise. He began working at Tennessee Termite and Pest Control in 1952 and became owner in 1981. He enjoyed fishing and horses, especially going to horse shows.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul, Sr. and Betty Bodine Hutcherson; and two brothers, Freddy and Ricky Hutcherson.
He is survived by his wife, Labron Hutcherson; daughters, Betsy (Greg Jacobs) Mathews, Kimberly Ball and Kendra Ball of South Pittsburg, Stephanie Hutcherson Reinhart of Port Orange, FL and Charity Hutcherson; sons, Deston (Michelle) Hutcherson, Cam (Stephanie) Hutcherson and TR (Brittany Rose) Ball all of South Pittsburg; Grandchildren, Catelyn, Hannah, Carter, Caroline and Andrew Hutcherson and Ben Mathews; several nieces and nephews; sister, Judy (Ray) Coleman of Hillsboro, TN; dear friends, Kerwin "Bird" Jones, Janey Sherrell and Joann Pyburn.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Kimball Tabernacle of Praise on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 11AM Central time with Reverend Darrell Nunley officiating. Interment will be in Patton Cemetery in South Pittsburg.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5-9pm and on Wednesday from 11am-9pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
