Phyllis Ann Stevens,

April 12, 1957 – January 11, 2024

Phyllis Ann Stevens was born in Jasper, Tennessee and was a resident of Jacksonville, Fl for the past 33 Years passed away at Orange Park Medical Center on January 11, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Cantrell, William Bill Wilson, Daisy Sue Keef and Jennie Wilson and her brothers, Robert Cantrell and Lee Cantrell,

Phyllis was a graduate of South Pittsburg High School Class of 1975. Phyllis was a graduate of Concord Institute as a Medical Assistant and was also a Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA).

She was married to her loving husband, Robert P. Stevens (Bob) for 41 years. Phyllis loved crafting, shopping, dancing, and spending time with her family. She was always the life of the party and brought joy to everyone who knew her.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Acuff Milton and her husband Ronnie Milton, Sr., her son, Jason Acuff Sr., her son, Adam Carson, her sisters, Ella Wilson and Mandee Key. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, Jason Acuff, Jr., Ronnie Milton, Jr., Daisy Milton, Faith Milton, Grace Milton, Destiny Carson, Matthew Carson, Alyssa Carson, Brandon Carson and many nieces and nephews that always loved her as a mother rather than an aunt.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (CST) and on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. (CST) to 1:00 p.m. (CST) at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg, Tn prior to the funeral service.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. (CST) in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mayburn Guess officiating.

Phyllis will be laid to rest at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Bridgeport, Alabama.

Pallbearers will be Robert Stevens, Jason Acuff Sr., Adam Carson, Ronnie Milton Sr., Ronnie Milton, Jr. and Matthew Carson.
