Mrs. Kathleen Ferry Talley, 68, of South Pittsburg, TN died Friday, May 27, 2011 at her home following a brief illness.

The daughter of the late Sylvester and Lena Ferry, she was raised in New Jersey and moved to South Pittsburg in 1965. She was also a member of the South Pittsburg Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, James D. Talley of South Pittsburg; sons, James D. Talley, Jr. of South Pittsburg and John Dean Talley of Decatur, TN; grandchildren, Mary Kathleen Talley, Matthew Alex Talley, Trevor Andrew Talley, Jamey Elizabeth Talley and Devin Irene Clark; brothers, Martin Ferry of Florida, Westy Ferry of Albany, GA, Ralph Ferry of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Mildred Bogs of Knoxville, TN, Sylvia Wrubiski of Brick Township, NJ and Maria Kemmler of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Church of Christ on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 11am Central time with Bill Helm officiating. Interment will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, May 30, 2011 from 5-9 pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
