Obituary

Mrs. Reva Argo, 81, of Kimball, Tennessee died on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

Reva was born on November 4, 1936, in Battle Creek, TN to John and Leitha Tate. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother and grandmother.

Retired from South Pittsburg Knitting Mill, Reva enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church.

Reva is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Willis Argo, and her brothers, Martin, Doug and Phil Tate.

She is survived by her sister, Mary (Bert) Caldwell; daughters, Sheila (Bobby) Blevins, Jackie (Phil) Cannon and Vicki Hookey; grandchildren, Isaac Blevins, Adam (Joni) Rogers, Kirkby (Jacob) Atwell, Caleb Blevins, Savanna and Catheryn Graham; great-grandchildren Kate and Cole Atwell; and extended family, Leigh, Marc and Walker Lawrence. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and friends.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Cumberland View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday from noon until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church, in care of Fran Kelly, 1429 W. Francis Springs Road, Whitwell, TN 37397.
