Mr. Robert T. Coffelt, 67, of South Pittsburg, TN died Monday, November 5, 2007 at his home.The son of the late Morris Edward and Hazel Mae Massey Coffelt, he was "born with a rule in his hand" and worked as a carpenter his entire life. He was a Christian and loved to hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Thomas Coffelt, Jr. and two brothers, Gene and Thurman Coffelt.He is survived by his wife, Judy Coffelt; children, Roger and Shelia Coffelt, Mary and Tom Holland, Cheryl and Mike Hamilton and Sonya Houseman; grandchildren, Spencer and Amy Coffelt, Valerie and Christian Hamilton, Matthew and Stephen Holland, Destine and Christian Houseman; sisters, Jan Parrish, Cathy Zeigler, Virginia Johnson and Carol Ferman; brothers, Jackie, Frank, George, Ray, Billy and Ronnie Coffelt; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at 1 PM Central time on Thursday, November 8, 2007 with Reverend Jim Hixson officiating. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12 Noon - 9 PM Central Time and Wednesday from 9 AM - 9 PM Central Time at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
