Robert David "Dober" Barnes, Jr., 44, of South Pittsburg, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021.  Robert was a graduate of South Pittsburg High School.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting and being with friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Diane Barnes; grandmothers, Rosie Bratcher and Bertha Siler; aunt, Allie Mae Haley.

Survivors include his father, Robert "David" Barnes, Sr., brother, Michael Bratcher,  aunts, Shelia O'Leary, Carol Hibbs, Cindy Brown, uncles, LeRoy Johnson, Johnny Johnson, and Billy Bratcher as well as several cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Battle Creek Cemetery, officiating will be Rev. Joe Moore.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 prior to the graveside service at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg, Tn.
