Roy Ernest McClain, 65, of Kimball, TN, died Tuesday, February 3, 2009 in a Chattanooga hospital.He was the son of the late Walter C. and Nannie Smith McClain, and was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Baker McClain.Roy was an employee of Sequatchie Concrete.He is survived by his children, Kenneth McClain of Knoxville, Michael McClain of Kimball, TN, Sharon and Allen Wattenbarger, of Cleveland, TN, three brothers, Jimmy (Harriet) McClain and Walter (Judy) McClain of South Pittsburg, Charley (Teresa) McClain of New Hope, two sisters, Jerrie Ruth Ament and Connie (Jeff) Taylor, Step-children, Sherry (Jim) Hargis, Tammy (Barry) Brooks all of South Pittsburg; Kelley (Danny) Rutledge of Jasper, TN and Barry (Patti) Henderson of Lookout Valley, Father- and Mother-in-law, Bill and Beulah Baker of Jasper; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at 11:00am CST on Friday, February 6, 2009 with Rev. David Hoschar officiating. Interment will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg from 5:00 to 9:00pm on Thursday.
