Ruben Ray Prince, Sr., 77, of Guild, TN, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Cheaves Prince; Two sons, John (Michelle) Holder, and Ruben Prince, Jr; grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) Bodet, Courtney Holder, Maggie Prince and Mason Prince; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (CST) at the Jasper Funeral Home Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper, TN.

The family will have a private burial at a later date at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
