Ruby Nell Case Huether, 67, of Rockvale, TN formerly of South Pittsburg, TN died at her home on Sunday, April 24, 2011.
Daughter of the late Ellis Hardy and Ruth Doran Lawhorne Case, she grew up in Case's restaurant in Richard City and worked there for many years in every capacity. She managed the Dollar Stores in South Pittsburg and Bridgeport for many years. Mrs. Huether also worked at Haverty's in Murfreesboro for several years. She was baptized in the Richard City Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ellis Daniel and Jack Case.
Mrs. Huether is survived by her husband, Paul Huether of Rockvale, TN; her sons, Steve Massey of Rockvale, TN and Billy (Avi) Huether of Austin, TX; sisters, Katherine Case Mantz of Toms River, NJ and Ina Ruth Case of Murfreesboro; cousins, Don & Sue Collins and their children, Jason and Sugar; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg, TN on Thursday, April 28 at 11am Central Time, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Case.
The family will receive friends at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg one hour prior to service time.
