Teresa Keahey, 47, of Whiteside, TN died Monday, February 2, 2009 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.
The daughter of the late Harvey Leon Bennett, she was a member of Whiteside Baptist Church and an employee of Walmart in Tiftonia.
She is survived by her mother, Rose Bennett of Whiteside; children, Shaun (Anita) Keahey of Whiteside, Shane (Stacey) Keahey of Guild and Michelle (Wayne) Kennedy of Whiteside; sister, Angela Lynn Childress of Whiteside; five grandchildren, Brittany Michelle Keahey, Haley Dawn Kennedy, Savannah Lynn Keahey, Hannah Danielle Kennedy and Brooklyn Hope Keahey; ex-husband, Roy Lee Keahey of Whiteside; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 1 PM CST with Reverend Mike Wolfkil officiating. Interment will be in Hooker Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, February 3 from 5-9 PM CST and on Wednesday, February 4, from 9am until 9pm at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
