"Trey" Cook, 28, of South Pittsburg, TN died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at his home.
A 2003 graduate of South Pittsburg High School, he was an employee of Walker Oil Company. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty & Holman "Jerry" Walker, Jr. and Thurman Cook; aunt, Wendy Walker; and uncle, Holman J. "Trey" Walker, III.
He is survived by his father, Frank (Sheila) Cook of Jasper, TN; mother, Kim (Bennie) Lappin of South Pittsburg; sister, Farrah (Mike) Brown of Birmingham, AL; grandmother, Sue Cook of Oneonta, AL; step-sister, Rebecca Yates of Estill Springs, TN; step-brother, Matt Lappin of Cowan, TN; nephews, Will and Thomas Brown and Aiden Yates; niece, Ava Yates; several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Monday, July 29th at 2 pm Central time with Reverend Brad Bridgman officiating. Interment will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday from 4-8 pm Central time at the funeral home.
