Virginia May Jones Davis, 50, of Chickamauga, GA died Friday, April 2, 2010 in a Chattanooga hospital following a lengthy and courageous battle with breast cancer.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Evelyn Bolton Crabtree. She is survived by her father and stepmother, Jimmy Harold and Opal Jones of Sequatchie, TN; children, Jason Jones of Chickamauga, GA, Tiffney Corbin of Chattanooga and Rickey Rapier of Chickamauga; granddaughters, Shea, Shiann, Jalen and Kalen; sisters, Wanda Craig of Chattanooga, Linda Quarles of Sequatchie, Valerie Jones of Chickamauga; brothers, Jimmy Jones of Chattanooga, Jeffrey Jones of Red Bank and Terry Jones of Sequatchie; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews; dear friend, Jan Clark with Catholic Charities.

Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 2pm Central time. Interment will follow at Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12noon until service time at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
