Wallace Ray Wynne, 53, of Jasper, died Monday, September 8, 2008 in NHC at Dunlap.
The son of Sanford Wynne and the late Mary Haney Wynne, he had worked as a stone mason. He was also preceded in death by his son, Dameion Wynne; sisters, Sallie Miller, Sandra Wynne, Margaret Brown and brother, Stephen Wynne.
Ray is survived by his father, Sanford Wynne, Sr. of Kimball, TN; grandchildren, Cain Wynne and Gabriel Wynne; long-time companion, Barbara Kilgore; her children, Sheila Grider, Brenda Logan and Michael Kilgore; her grandchildren, Kit Grider, Javen Logan, Jace Logan; sisters, BJ Conner of Ringgold, GA and Doris Wynne of Chattanooga; brothers, David Wynne, Sanford Wynne, Jr. both of Rossville, GA, John Wynne of Chattanooga, "Bear" Wynne of South Pittsburg and Michael Wynne of Trenton, GA.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Jasper Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 10th, at 4 PM CDT. Interment will immediately follow the service at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Jasper.
The family will receive friends, Tuesday, September 9th from 6-8 PM CDT at Rogers Funeral Home in Jasper.
