Mr. Walter H. Norman, 72, of South Pittsburg, Tennessee died March 13, 2006 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was a native of Campbell County, Tennessee and a retired supervisor with TAC with a 47 year career. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph James and Donnie Mae Mashburn Norman. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Yvonne Norman of South Pittsburg; four children, Diane (Joan) Van Hove, of Whitwell, Randall (Judy) Norman, of South Pittsburg, Keith (Ella) Norman and Joseph Norman, all of Jasper; three brothers, Lowell Norman of Kingsport, Tennessee, James Herman Norman and Leonard Norman, both of Knoxville; three sisters, Jo Ann Silcox and Paulette Norman, both of LaFollette, Tennessee and Ida Mae Hill, of Knoxville; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from the Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg, Thursday, March 16, at 1:00 PM, CST with Elder David Robertson officiating.
