Wiley Arthur Raley, 81, of South Pittsburg, TN died at a local nursing home on Monday, July 13, 2009.
The middle child born to the late John Franklin and Melinda Ellen Matthews Raley, he was a US Navy Veteran, former Policeman in Gardena, California, former employee of US Stove and member of Antioch Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Mattie Sue Thomas of Trenton, GA; sister, Pearl Poe of Whitwell, TN; dear friend, Bufford Swafford of South Pittsburg, TN and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 from 11:00AM - 1:30PM CDT. A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Case, will immediately follow at 2:00PM at New Hope Cemetery.
