William Earl "Junior" Brooks Jr., 59, of New Hope, TN died Tuesday, July 2, 2013.


A former employee of Sequatchie Concrete, he enjoyed horseshoes, picking Bluegrass, playing bass and guitar and was preceded in death by his father, William Earl Brooks, Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Reeves Brooks; daughter, Brandy (Jamey) Creekmore; son, Jason (Stephanie) Brooks all of South Pittsburg; grandchildren, Kalie, Kyla and Kason Brooks; Madison and Masen Creekmore; sister, Robina Hibbs of Kimball, TN; brother, Arnold Brooks of New Hope; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted from the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home at 11 am central time on Thursday, July 4, 2013 with Rev. Mickey Skates officiating. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, July 3rd from 5-9 pm Central time at the funeral home.
