Mr. William Bradley McCampbell, 58, of Whitwell, TN died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 13, 2013 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

"Mack," as he was affectionately known by his friends, was a US Navy veteran and a truck driver with Ash Trucking in Chattanooga. He enjoyed both his time on the road and his time at home. He spent much of his free time golfing and fishing. His dog, Lucy, travelled with him on most trucking trips and she and his other dog, Jethro, held a very special place in his heart.

He was preceded in death by his adoptive father, James McCampbell.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Linda Kay McCampbell of Whitwell; children, Ken (Jenny Vanzant) Milleson of Whitwell, Kevin (Cam) Milleson of Kernsville, CA and Jessica Candice (John) Tuft of Seattle, WA; seven grandchildren, Cody, Zackery, Kevin, Koby, Jake, Marley and Natalie; great-granddaughter, Jessa; brother, Coleman "Peanut" McCampbell of Crossroads, TN; uncle, Lt. Col. Roy C. Plaster of Kimball; father, Bill White of South Pittsburg; mother, Brucie McCampbell of Crossroads; special cousin, Jane (Gary) Dawkins of South Pittsburg; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members; special dogs, Lucy and Jethro.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2pm Central time at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg with Brother Terry Case officiating. Interment with military honors will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday, February 4th at 2pm Central time.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 1pm until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
