Mr. Willie James Baker, Jr., 49, was born January 28, 1957 in South Pittsburg, TN. He departed this life on August 18, 2006.

He was an employee of TVA for 24 years and was currently working at Widow's Creek. He was a member of New City Fellowship Church in Chattanooga, TN and Cumberland Lodge #90. He was the son of the late Willie James Baker, Sr. and Lorene Allison Baker. He was preceded in death by one sister, Kay Baker and one granddaughter, A'Keria Tor're Stevens.

He leaves to cherish his memories; ex-wife Danita Mitchell Baker of South Pittsburg, TN; daughter, Rochanda Mitchell of Cleveland, Ohio; son, Antuan Stephens of South Pittsburg; five sisters, Ruth Ann Looney of La Marque, Texas, Barbara (Joe) Brown of Chattanooga, TN; Brenda Baker of South Pittsburg; Lisa (Leslie) Baker-Williams of Chattanooga; Mary (Dwayne) Baker-Wordlaw of Stevenson, AL; two brothers, Garron (Peter) Baker of South Pittsburg and Donnie L. Baker of Clifton, TN; one granddaughter, Alivia Kinsey of South Pittsburg; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; one special aunt, Ella B. Kelso of South Pittsburg, TN.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM CDT on Friday, August 25, 2006 at Grace Baptist Church, 518 Elm Avenue, South Pittsburg, TN.

The family will receive friends Thursday, August 24, 2006 from 6-8 PM CDT at Rogers Funeral Home in South Pittsburg.
